Gör så här:
1 – Sätt ugnen på 175°C.
2 – Ställ ut 20 st muffinsformar av aluminium på en plåt.
3 – Blanda ihop smör, strösocker, bakpulver, vaniljsocker och vetemjöl till en kakdeg. Arbeta med handen. Knåda bara precis tills degen går ihop.
4 – Rulla 20 st jämnstora bollar av degen.
5 – Placera en boll i varje muffinsform. Tryck sedan ner en dumlekola i mitten på varje boll.
6 – Grädda mitt i ugnen i ca 10-12 minuter.
7 – Ta ut kakorna och lägg på den hyvlade chokladen så att den täcker dumlekolorna. Eftersom kakorna är varma så smälter chokladen och stelnar sedan på kakorna när den svalnar.
