I dagens Hallandsposten och Hallands Nyheter bjuder jag självklart på smarriga recept inför påskfikan i helgen. Oavsett om/hur du firar påsk i år så finns det alltid bra tillfällen till att fika! En påsktårta är extra trevligt att bjuda på. Men, ett tips; istället för att göra en “riktig” tårta så gör du en kladdkakebotten och dekorerar den färgglatt och festligt. För vem gillar inte kladdkaka? Och vem blir inte sugen på att smaka denna påsktårta? ♥
Kärnvetemjölet i kladdkakan kommer ifrån bästa Berte Qvarn, som maler fantastiskt mjöl!
Du behöver:
Kladdkaka:
150 g smör
100 g, 70 % apelsinchoklad
2 dl strösocker
1 msk vaniljsocker
2 msk kakao
2 ägg
2 dl kärnvetemjöl från Berte Qvarn
1 tsk salt
Topping/dekor:
2 dl vispgrädde
0,5 dl florsocker
2 tsk vaniljsocker
Gul livsmedelsfärg
Röd livsmedelsfärg
Gröna och rosa chokladägg
Gör så här:
1 – Kladdkaka: Sätt ugnen på 180°C. Kläm fast ett bakplåtspapper i botten på en springform.
2 – Smält smör och choklad i en kastrull. Tillsätt resterande ingredienser och rör ihop till en klumpfri smet. Häll i formen och grädda mitt i ugnen ca 15 minuter. Kakan ska vara fast i kanterna och vobbla i mitten när den är klar.
3 – Ställ kakan på en sval/kall plats så den svalnar och “sätter sig”. Låt den stå kallt så länge du kan, minst 1 timme.
4 – Dekor: Vispa ihop grädde, florsocker och vaniljsocker till ett fluff. Dela upp i två skålar. Tillsätt gul färg i den ena och röd i den andra tills du har nyanserna ljusgul och rosa. Fyll upp i flera spritspåsar med olika tyllar.
5 – Dela chokladäggen på mitten (med en räfflad kniv).
6 – Dekorera med chokladäggshalvor och spritsa ut gräddfluffet i önskat mönster med hjälp av dina olika spritspåsar.
