Du behöver:
6 dl havregryn
2 dl hackade valnötter
2 dl hackade hasselnötter
1 dl torkade aprikoser i småbitar
0,5 tsk kanel
0,5 dl vatten
0,5 dl solrosolja
0,75 dl flytande honung
Gör så här:
1 – Sätt ugnen på 150˚C.
2 – Värm upp vatten, honung och olja i en kastrull. Häll det över resterande ingredienser i en bunke och rör runt så allt blandas väl.
3 – Bre ut hela blandningen på en bakplåtsklädd plåt. Grädda mitt i ugnen i ca 30 minuter. Rör om efter ungefär halva tiden.
4 – Låt svalna och förvara i lufttäta glasburkar.
