Till 16 st kakor behöver du:
150 g rumstempererat smör
1 dl strösocker
3 dl vetemjöl
1 tsk bakpulver
1 tsk vaniljsocker
100 g mjölkchoklad (1 ruta/kaka)
+ lite mjölkchoklad att ringla över kakorna
Gör så här:
1 – Sätt ugnen på 180°C. Sätt ut 16 muffinsformar på en ugnsplåt.
2 – Blanda ihop smör, strösocker, vetemjöl, bakpulver och vaniljsocker till en mördeg. Den kan upplevas som smulig, men fortsätt bara att arbeta degen med handen tills den går ihop.
3 – Dela degen i 16 lika stora delar. Kapsla in en chokladruta i varje del och rulla ihop som en boll.
4 – Grädda mitt i ugnen i 15-20 minuter. Ta ut och ringla över lite smält mjölkchoklad för snyggt mönster. Förvaras i kylskåp eller med fördel i frysen.
