Lite tema för denna vecka är småkakor. Det kommer tre supergoda recept på småkakor i Hallandsposten och i Hallands nyheter på torsdag och det kommer även en del småkakor här. Idag bjuder jag på ett recept som du bakar utan ugn. Jag har valt att kalla det för “Chokladrutor på kakdeg och smält choklad”. Denna kaka uppfanns egentligen av att jag hade lite sockerkaka över från en bakelse. Det ville jag såklart inte slänga utan skapade då istället denna kaka och detta helt nya recept. Hoppas ni ska tycka om det lika mycket som jag! ♥

Du behöver:
75 g rumstempererat smör
175 g sockerkakssmulor
100 g oreo
1 dl florsocker
2 dl havregryn
2 msk kokat avsvalnat kaffe
200 g choklad (jag tog ca 150 g vit choklad och 50 g mjölkchoklad)

Gör så här:
1 – Blanda ihop alla ingredienser, förutom chokladen, med hjälp av exempelvis en elvisp. Vispa inte för mycket bara så att smeten blir för lös. Det räcker att du vispar tills allt går ihop.
2 – Tryck ut smeten i en liten form, så att smeten blir ca 1 cm tjock. Ställ in i kylskåp och låt svalna.
3 – Smält chokladen över vattenbad. Häll ut den över smeten i formen. Dra med en liten gaffel eller liknande för att skapa mönster i chokladen. Ställ in i kylskåp och låt chokladen stelna. Du kan dock ta ut formen från kylen redan efter ca 10 minuter och göra skåror i chokladen, där du sedan kommer vilja skära. Då spricker inte chokladen när du sedan ska skära i den.
4 – Skär i rutor och förvara i kylskåp.
