Godmorgon och ny vecka (igen!). Inte klokt vad fort tiden går. Det är ju något som alla säger, men det är verkligen så. Speciellt när man har småbarn tycker jag. Tiden går för fort och man vill ju bara att de alltid ska vara sådär små och vilja sitta i knät. Ja, jag älskar verkligen småbarnstiden. Jag älskar också att skapa nya recept! Det blir en del glutenfria recept här nu. Det märks en större efterfrågan på glutenfria recept och då blir det extra roligt att kunna tillgodose de behoven. Ett glutenfritt brytknäcke, fullt med goda och nyttiga fröer – vad tror ni om det? Det är dessutom helt fritt från nötter, ägg och laktos. Något för nästan alla kanske!? ♥

Du behöver:
3 dl majsmjöl
1 dl pumpakärnor eller solroskärnor
1 dl sesamfrön
0,5 dl hela linfrön
1 msk chiafrön
0,5 dl solrosolja
2 dl kokande vatten
2 tsk flingsalt

Gör så här:
1 – Sätt ugnen på 130°C.
2 – Rör ihop majsmjöl med alla kärnor och frön i en bunke.
3 – Koka upp vatten i en kastrull och häll i bunken tillsammans med solrosolja. Blanda runt ordentligt tills degen tjocknar något.
4 – Ta fram en ugnsplåt (ca 30 x 40 cm) och lägg på ett bakplåtspapper. Stjälp ut degen och lägg ett nytt bakplåtspapper ovanpå. Kavla degen tunt mellan papprena så att den täcker hela plåten. Ta bort det översta bakplåtspappret och strö över flingsalt.
5 – Grädda mitt i ugnen i ca 90 minuter. (Det kan behöva gå längre beroende på hur tunt du har kavlat. Hellre en stund längre i ugnen än för lite). Ta ut och låt svalna. Bryt sedan i bitar.
