1,5 dl vispgrädde
0,5 dl kallt kaffe
3 dl florsocker

Granatäppelkärnor
En näve hasselnötter*
Gör så här:
1 – Chokladbotten: Sätt ugnen på 250°C. Klä en plåt (30 x 40 centimeter) med bakplåtspapper.
2 – Vispa upp ägg och socker med en ballongvisp. Sikta ner de torra ingredienserna. Tillsätt mjölk och rör ihop till en slät smet.
3 – Bre ut smeten jämnt över plåten. Grädda mitt i ugnen i ca 5 minuter. Ta ut och låt svalna.
4 – Kaffe- och kolamousse: Vispa ihop Philadelphia, Dulce de leche, vispgrädde och kaffe till ett fluff. Det kan ta en stund så ha tålamod med vispandet! Rör därefter försiktigt i florsocker (för att få moussen tjockare).
5 – Montering: Stansa ut en bit av chokladbotten och lägg i botten på ett glas. Klicka ut lite mousse. Stansa ut en bit till av chokladbotten, toppa den med lite mer mousse och dekorera med granatäppelkärnor och hackade hasselnötter.
