Det har verkligen varit vårigt i luften nu ett tag och varje morgon har jag tänkt att “idag ska jag ta årets första dopp i havet”. Men sen har det blåst lite lite för mycket eller någon annan anledning som har satt stopp för mina planer. Kan undra om jag försöker hitta på undanflykter eller hur det egentligen ligger till. Jag har nämligen lovat min sambo Henrik att jag ska bada innan April, så det börjar dra ihop sig nu.
Nu tillbaka till dagens recept, på en glutenfri chokladtårta. Jag har inte krånglat till det mer än att jag har bytt ut vetemjöl till glutenfritt havremjöl. Jag har också adderat lite extra strösocker för att få upp fluffigheten lite extra. Oavsett om du kan äta gluten eller inte så är denna tårta himmelskt god med mycket smak av choklad. Jag bakade denna första gången till ett barnkalas och då var önskemålet choklad och godis. Vill du hellre toppa med färska bär så går det precis lika bra. ♥
Du behöver:
Botten:
4 ägg
3 dl strösocker
2 dl glutenfritt havremjöl (eller mixa själv, 3 dl havregryn ger 2 dl havremjöl)
2 tsk bakpulver
2 tsk vaniljsocker
0,5 dl kakao
Chokladkräm:
150 g rumstempererad Philadelphia
225 g rumstempererat smör
100 g smält avsvalnad mjölkchoklad
2 dl florsocker
Dekor:
NonStop
Geléhallon
Gör så här:
1 – Botten: Sätt ugnen på 175°C. Kläm fast ett bakplåtspapper i botten på en springform (ca 23 cm i diameter).
2 – Vispa ägg och socker pösigt i 5 minuter. Rör ner resterande ingredienser till en klumpfri fluffig smet. Häll i formen och grädda i nedre delen av ugnen i ca 40 minuter. Låt svalna helt. Gärna upp o ner i formen.
3 – Fyllning: Se till att alla ingredienser är rumstempererade. Om inte så finns det risk att chokladkrämen skär sig. Vispa ihop ingredienserna med en elvisp till en slät kräm.
4 – Montering: Om din tårtbotten blir som min så sjunker den ihop en del i mitten. Oftast blir det så när man bakar utan vetemjöl så det är som det ska vara. Detta innebär att du inte kan dela upp tårtan i olika lager. Istället så kan du skära till den så att den får en jämn yta.
5 – Spritsa eller bre ut chokladkrämen över hela tårtan. Toppa med massor av NonStop och Geléhallon.
