Jag var bara tvungen att nämna det en gång till (lite stolt och glad). Idag bjuder jag på ett krispigt, sött, salt, supergott hemmagjort godis. En krispig variant av Snickers, som passar bra till både julbaket och till vilken dag som helst när du är sugen på lite hemmagjord Snickersvariant. ♥
Till 8 st Snickerskakor behöver du:
2 dl krossade cornflakes
100 g mjölkchoklad
30 g (0,25 dl) jordnötssmör
0,25 dl karamelliserad mjölk eller kolasås
En näve jordnötter
100 g mjölkchoklad (eller mörk choklad om du föredrar det)
Gör så här:
1 – Krossa cornflakes med handen. Smält mjölkchokladen över vattenbad eller på låg effekt i mikron. Rör ihop cornflakes, choklad och jordnötssmör. Forma 8 st bitar och låt svalna/stelna i kylskåp.
2 – Ringla över karamelliserad mjölk eller kolasås på Snickersbitarna. Strö över lite hackade jordnötter och låt återigen svalna/stelna i kylskåp.
3 – Smält slutligen den sista chokladen och häll den över Snickersbitarna som ett lock. (Jag testade först att doppa bitarna i chokladen, men det blev bara kladdigt och pillrigt, så då hällde jag bara över chokladen med en sked istället. Funkar jättebra!). Låt stelna ytterligare en gång i kylskåp. Förvaras i kylskåp.
