Idag får ni ett recept på rågsiktsfrallor (nattjästa såklart). Perfekt att fixa på kvällen och sen kräver det minimalt med tid på morgonen. ♥
Till 20 st rågsiktsfrallor behöver du:
25 g jäst
5 dl kallt vatten
2 msk olivolja
1 msk flytande honung
1,5 tsk flingsalt
550 g (10 dl) rågsikt
Gör så här:
1 – Smula sönder jästen i en bunke. Häll över det kalla vattnet och rör runt med en träslev så att jästen löses upp.
2 – Tillsätt övriga ingredienser, sist mjölet och knåda ihop degen. Den ska vara lite kladdig.
3 – Ställ in bunken i kylskåp, täckt med kökshandduk, över natten (ca 8-10 timmar).
4 – På morgonen sätter du ugnen på 225°C.
5 – Stjälp ut degen på lätt mjölat bakbord. Knåda inte, dela i 20 delar (lite olika former)
6 – Lägg på bakplåtsklädda plåtar och grädda mitt i ugnen ca 15 min. Tills de är gyllenbruna.
