När jag tittar på antalet besökare här på bloggen (älskar att kolla på statistiken) så såg jag en stor ökning när jag publicerade några nattjästa bröd i förra veckan. De publicerades också i Hallandsposten, Hallands Nyheter och på @hemmabageriet.se.
I och med att ni verkar tycka om bröd så mycket så får det bli brödrecept mer frekvent. Jag tycker också om bröd! Och till skillnad från sötebröd så är matbröd något som du kan äta varje dag 😉
Här bjuder jag på ett recept på en brödkrans, gjord på rågmjöl och vetemjöl. Med hjälp av 14 bitar formar du brödet till en krans. Det blir extra festligt och sen kan du bara bryta bort en bit i taget. Hoppas ni vill baka detta! ♥
Du behöver:
25 g jäst
3 dl kallt vatten
1 dl filmjölk
25 g rumstempererat smör
2 msk mörk sirap
1 tsk flingsalt
4 dl rågmjöl
6 dl vetemjöl
Gör så här:
1 – Smula sönder jästen i en bunke. Häll vattnet över jästen och rör runt med en träslev så att jästen löses upp.
2 – Tillsätt filmjölk, smör, sirap och flingsalt och rör runt. Tillsätt sist mjölet, först rågmjöl sedan vetemjöl. (Mät upp mjölet i en måttkanna för att få så exakt mått som möjligt). Knåda i maskin eller för hand tills degen går ihop och allt mjöl är inarbetat. Arbeta sedan degen ytterligare några minuter tills den känns elastisk.
3 – Låt jäsa i bunken, under en kökshandduk i ca 1,5 timme.
4 – Ta fram en ugnsplåt med bakplåtspapper. Dela degen i 14 bitar och forma dem (utan att knåda) till runda små bröd. Placera dem sedan i en ring på bakplåtspappret.
5 – Låt jäsa på plåten, under en kökshandduk i 30 minuter.
6 – Sätt ugnen på 225°C.
7 – Skåra bröden och pensla med vatten eller mjölk. Strö över lite mjöl och sätt sedan in i mitten av ugnen.
8 – Grädda i ca 20 minuter.
