Du kan också knåda för hand (eller använda degkrokarna från din elvisp). Du får dock räkna med att det tar längre tid. Fortsätt knåda tills degen släpper från bunkens kanter och tills den håller ihop när du drar ut en tunn bit.
2 – Täck bunken med en kökshandduk och låt stå i kylskåp över natten, ca 10 timmar.
3 – På morgonen sätter du ugnen på 225°C. Ta ut degen på lätt mjölat bakbord. Platta till den försiktigt med handen och dela sedan i 14 delar. Det spelar ingen roll vilken form de har så länge de är jämnstora.
4 – Pudra lite mjöl över frallorna och grädda dem mitt i ugnen i ca 15 minuter.
