Chokladbollar är väl alla barns favorit!? Speciellt med färgglatt strössel så är det svårt att motstå. Dessa är en given komponent till ett lyckat fikabord på barnkalaset. Detta är min variant på, vad jag tycker, den perfekta chokladbollen. Vispa gärna ihop alla ingredienserna till fyllningen med en elvisp, då får du en jämnare smet. Till min smälta choklad använde jag Geisha, men du kan ta vad du gillar/har hemma. ♥

Till ca 25 små chokladbollar behöver du:

Fyllning:
100 g rumstempererat smör i småbitar
4 dl havregryn
1 dl strösocker
2 msk kakao
75 g smält choklad (jag använde Geisha)
2 msk kallt kaffe eller vatten
1 nypa flingsalt

Dekor:
Valfritt strössel eller pärlsocker

Gör så här:
1 – Se till att smöret är rumstempererat. Smält chokladen på låg effekt i mikron. Tillsätt alla ingredienser till fyllningen i en bunke. Vispa ihop med elvisp till en smet.
2 – Rulla ut ca 25 st bollar med händerna.
3 – Rulla bollarna i strössel. (Tips: Lägg alla bollarna i en lämplig matlåda, häll över strössel, sätt på locket och skaka runt lite försiktigt. Då fastnar strösslet på chokladbollarna.)
4 – Låt stelna i kylskåp och förvara i kylskåp.
