Har ni förresten fått nog av nattjästa bröd än? Det har inte jag 😏. Detta härliga, surdegsliknande bröd, består av endast 3 ingredienser och bakar i princip sig själv från början till slut. Enklare än så här blir det nog inte och det blir väldigt gott. Om du vill ha något mer smak på brödet så kan du tillsätta 1,5 tsk salt i degen. ♥
För 1 stort runt bröd behöver du:
5 g jäst
500 g (5 dl) kallt vatten
600 g (10 dl) vetemjöl
Gör så här:
1 – Kväll: Smula ner jästen i en stor bunke. Tillsätt vatten och mjöl och rör ihop tills allt är ordentligt blandat. Degen ska vara lös och kladdig och du kommer inte kunna knåda den.
2 – Täck bunken ordentligt med plastfolie och låt jäsa i rumstemperatur över natten, ca 10 timmar.
3 – Morgon: Sätt ugnen på 225°C. Ta fram en ugnsplåt, täck med bakplåtspapper och mjöla på pappret.
4 – Stjälp ut den lösa degen (använd t ex en mjölad stekspade för att få ut degen) på plåten. Hela degen ska bakas som ett bröd så du behöver inte dela upp den på något sätt. Platta till lite försiktigt med stekspaden och strö lite mjöl över degen.
5 – Grädda mitt i ugnen i ca 40 minuter. Ta ut och låt svalna lite. Borsta bort överflödigt mjöl och skär brödet som du önskar. På längden, på tvären… 🙂
