Du behöver:
Kaka:
4 ägg
120 g färska urkärnade dadlar
0,5 dl kallt vatten
0,5 dl kokosmjöl
0,5 dl kakao
1 dl potatismjöl
1,5 tsk bakpulver
Topping:
1,5-2 dl vispgrädde
Gör så här:
1 – Sätt ugnen på 175°C.
2 – Vispa äggen fluffigt.
3 – Mixa dadlar ihop med vatten med en stavmixer.
4 – Rör ihop dadelsmeten med de torra ingredienserna. Vänd försiktigt ner de vispade äggen.
5 – Häll smeten i en ugnsform med ca 20 cm i diameter. Jag valde en hjärtformad silikonform, vilket gör att tårtan inte fastnar. Om du istället använder en springform så bör du klä den med bakplåtspapper innan du häller i smeten.
6 – Grädda mitt i ugnen i ca 15 minuter. Känn med sticka, den ska vara torr. Låt svalna helt.
7 – Toppa tårtan med vispad grädde och eventuellt pudra över lite kakao.
