Gör så här:
1 – Vispa ihop smör, farinsocker, strösocker, sirap och ägg med elvisp.
2 – Tillsätt resterande ingredienser, förutom skumtomtar.
3 – Arbeta ihop en deg med handen. Plasta in och lägg i kylskåp ca 30 minuter.
4 – Sätt ugnen på 175°C.
5 – Dela degen i 32 lika stora bitar. Platta till bitarna och lägg en halv skumtomte på varje. Forma degbiten likt en boll och se till att skumtomten är helt täckt av degen.
6 – Lägg på bakplåtsklädda plåtar, tryck till lite lätt med handen och grädda mitt i ugnen i ca 13-15 minuter.
7 – Låt kakorna svalna helt.
Tips: Om du inte vill baka ut alla kakor på en gång så går det bra att frysa in degen och sedan låta den tina i kylskåp.
