Underbara småkakor! Omtyckta av nästan alla, enkla att göra och räcker till hela släkten. Dessa kakor innehåller sötad kondenserad mjölk, vilket gör att de blir sega i mitten och frasiga i kanterna. Helt perfekt och så som en småkaka ska vara. Smakerna består av vallmofrön och violessens. ♥

Du behöver:
100 g rumstempererat smör
1,5 dl strösocker
0,5 dl farinsocker
0,5 burk sötad kondenserad mjölk
1 msk vaniljsocker
1 tsk bikarbonat
3,75 dl vetemjöl
2 tsk violessens (köps på nätet, länk)
1 msk blå vallmofrön

Gör så här:
1 – Rör ihop smör, strösocker och farinsocker krämigt.
2 – Tillsätt sötad kondenserad mjölk, vaniljsocker, bikarbonat, viol och vallmo.
3 – Arbeta in vetemjöl med handen tills degen går ihop. Plasta in och lägg i kylskåp ca 30 minuter.
4 – Sätt ugnen på 175°C. Ta fram 2-3 plåtar med bakplåtspapper.
5 – Dela degen i 35 lika stora bitar. Forma dem runt och lägg på bakplåtspappret.
6 – Grädda mitt i ugnen i 10-15 minuter. Låt svalna helt.
